Every seven years, the City of North Miami undertakes the important task of developing a comprehensive plan to shape the future of the city—aimed at promoting sustainable growth for its citizens. However, these plans are often influenced by external private interests, whose pursuit of profit can overshadow the best interests of the city’s current residents.
The approach
The North Miami Tribune seeks to provide a more accurate and community-focused perspective on the issues that matter. By bringing together the voices of residents, property owners, politicians, business leaders, and developers, we aim to deliver a balanced view of North Miami’s past, present, and future—ensuring that the true interests of the community are front and center.
